Cold-brewed coffee

I've been experimenting with cold brewed coffee on and off for the
last couple of months or so, and I must say that I'm very pleased
with the results so far. Well, it's not exactly rocket science,
and I happen to like cold coffee.

But the dimensions of flavors you can experience by just changing
the way you steep your favorite grind is astounding. More fruit
and more complex aftertaste are common themes throughout my
experiments. And almost no bitterness. So smooth!

I've found that about 60 grams of medium ground, dark roasted coffee
per liter water is a good start. I've yet to experiment with various
grinds and roasts, but I can imagine that medium roast and finer
grounds could work wonderfully too.
